The Challenge
Veloce Mobility experienced explosive growth throughout 2023–2024, expanding from three to twelve European markets in under eighteen months. Their marketing team relied heavily on retargeting campaigns, email automation, and app-based push notifications to acquire and retain users. However, their compliance infrastructure had not kept pace.
Specific pain points included:
Fragmented Consent Management:

Each market used a different cookie banner provider, often configured incorrectly. Consent logs were stored inconsistently across jurisdictions, making audits impossible.

Invalid Legal Basis for Advertising:
Veloce was relying solely on “legitimate interests” for behavioral advertising across several markets without conducting the required Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIAs).
